What is Galaktik Dasein?
Galaktik Dasein is an interdisciplinary performance project that explores existence through the body by merging live painting and sound art. Instead of presenting finished works, we reveal the state of becoming—raw, unpredictable, and deeply human.
Our stage is not merely a display; it is a living space where visual art, sound, movement, and memory interact in real time. We use art not as decoration, but as a pathway to the experiences buried beneath identity, expectation, and survival.
Our Origins – From Personal Story to Collective Practice
Galaktik Dasein was born from a personal journey shaped by the search for belonging. Coming from a migrant family transformed the idea of “home” from a fixed location into a question carried across generations and geographies. Over time, layers of identity, silence, and resilience began to cover the inner truth.
Painting became the first way to uncover these layers and rebuild meaning. What started as the question “Who am I?” slowly turned into a shared artistic language as we recognized others carrying their own invisible histories. Galaktik Dasein is the moment when a personal journey becomes a collective space.

In Galaktik Dasein, the audience is not passive. They are witnesses, participants, and carriers of shared memory. We create an atmosphere where art is not only seen but physically felt.
With every layer added, erased, or torn from the canvas, a similar movement begins within the viewer. The boundary between performer and audience dissolves. Art becomes a shared experience of existence and transformation.
